1. Seller Identification

2. Description of Services
The service consists of the creation of a custom LinkedIn banner, designed by a professional designer. The service includes:
- A custom LinkedIn banner at optimal dimensions (1584 x 396 pixels)
- A design tailored to your visual identity and professional objectives
- A file delivered in high resolution format (PNG/JPG)
- 1 revision included in the price
3. Pricing
The price of the LinkedIn banner creation service is €49 (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code). The price is fixed and final at the time of order validation. Payment is made in full at the time of ordering.
4. Ordering and Payment Procedure
To place an order, the client must:
- Complete the order form with their personal information and design preferences
- Upload any required files (logo, professional photo)
- Validate the order and proceed with secure payment via Stripe
Payment is secured by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). The order is confirmed upon payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the client.
5. Delivery Time
The LinkedIn banner is delivered by email within 48 business hours following payment confirmation. This deadline may be extended in the event of a revision request or if additional information is required for completion.
6. Revision
One revision is included in the order price. The revision request must be made by email within 7 days of the initial delivery. The revised version will be delivered within 48 business hours. Beyond one revision, additional fees may apply subject to the client's agreement.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By validating the order, the client expressly acknowledges:
- Giving consent for the execution of the service to begin immediately after payment confirmation
- Expressly waiving their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code
This waiver is evidenced by a mandatory checkbox at the time of order validation.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon delivery and full payment, the usage rights for the banner are transferred to the client. The client may freely use the banner for their LinkedIn profile and professional communications. The service provider reserves the right to use the banner for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the client objects in writing.
9. Liability and Limitations
The service provider undertakes to produce the banner with professionalism and in accordance with the brief provided by the client. However:
- The service provider does not guarantee specific results in terms of the client's LinkedIn profile performance
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and files provided
- The service provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the banner

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Bordeaux shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
